SAY Health

Seen as you

Every child plays, feels and grows in their own way. They don't need fixing, just understanding. We get to know your child first, then shape everything around who they are, with you beside us.

Our story

A note from Sang

For more than six years, I’ve had the privilege of being alongside children as they grow, explore and find their own way. First as an occupational therapist, and then as a mental health clinician, I’ve worked with children from birth to 18, and especially our little ones under 10.

At SAY Health, I want children to be known as people, not described by a label.

You’ll never be on the sidelines here. You know your child better than anyone, so I’ll share what I learn with you every step of the way. That way, at home, at school and everywhere in between, your child feels understood.

Because every child deserves to be truly seen.

The therapy room

A room that says “come and play”

A room built for play can help a child relax and take the lead. What they reach for first, what makes them laugh and what they keep coming back to all tell us who they are. That’s Seen As You, and it starts the moment they walk in.

In the early years, play is a child’s main way of learning. Every climb, throw, push and game of pretend is a chance to practise something, and children learn best when they’re interested.

So we build sessions around what your child enjoys, and they feel like play time. To your child, it’s fun. Behind the games, we’re working towards the goals we’ve set with you.

Sessions take place at Child Development SPOT, a clinic designed with children in mind.
